SOFT KVM SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS

1. Acceptance

By installing, copying, or using Soft KVM, you agree to these terms. If you do
not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. Free personal and non-commercial use

Soft KVM may be used without a license fee by an individual solely for personal,
non-commercial purposes. This permission does not include work performed for an
employer, business, organization, institution, customer, or other commercial
purpose, even when the software is installed on a personally owned computer.

3. Paid business and organizational use

Use by or for a company, institution, public body, non-profit organization, or
other organization, and any use for work or business purposes, requires a paid
business license obtained before use. Business license scope, permitted device
count, term, support, and fees are defined in the applicable quote, order, or
written agreement. Those written commercial terms control if they conflict with
this document.

4. Permitted copies

An eligible personal user may copy Soft KVM to devices they personally use for
the permitted personal purpose. A business user may install it only on the
number of devices authorized by its paid license.

5. Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not sell,
rent, sublicense, commercially redistribute, remove proprietary notices from,
or represent Soft KVM as your own product. You may not use the software to
violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, or control a computer
without authorization.

6. Ownership

Soft KVM is licensed, not sold. SoftKVM retains all rights not expressly granted
under these terms, including all copyright and other intellectual property
rights in the software and its documentation.

7. Updates and support

Updates, maintenance, and support may be changed or discontinued. Free personal
use does not include a guaranteed response time or support obligation. Any
business support commitment must be stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Termination

Your permission to use Soft KVM ends automatically if you materially violate
these terms. When permission ends, you must stop using and delete all copies of
the software, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

9. Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOFT KVM IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOFTKVM WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR
LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OR USE ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE. LIABILITY
THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED REMAINS LIMITED AS PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Changes

Updated terms may accompany a future version. Continuing to use that future
version after its terms are presented constitutes acceptance of those terms.
